Please do contact us first to obtain an Edirol Authorised Return Number and instructions for return to our warehouse. We will then refund your Credit Card. We regret delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Software
Use of software products,either included in bundle packages or in original stand-alone packages, is subject to the terms of the manufacturers' software license.
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of software in unopened packages as per the agreement of the manufacturer.

Terms of Sale
Edirol (Europe) Ltd accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, JCB and Switch cards. Your order will be billed in GB Pounds Sterling with Sale Tax (VAT) charged at current UK rate (17.5%) on the Sale Invoice, inclusive of delivery charges.
